A Bit of a Delayed Introduction

So this may be a bit delayed, but as some of you may know we are the new owners of Blackjacks Leather! Back in March just as COVID was taking over our lives, we were gifted this beautiful, amazing and wonderful business from its previous owner Joe Fiebig. For those of you who knew Joe you know Blackjacks Leather was his life, and the fact that he has trust my husband and I with this business is such an honor. What is even more awe inspiring is the people who are old clients of his who talk about him and his products and how pleased they are with everything from 15+ years ago, and we will strive everyday to keep that going.

So a little bit about us my name is Katie I am a dog trainer and have been for the last 10 years. It is something I am very passionate about and love doing everyday. I am also a mom to two amazing kids 4 and 2, they keep me on my toes that's for sure. We enjoy going to parks and being outside and just spending tons of time together. With COVID we have had lots of time. I had to leave my job because we lost our daycare, so now the business and the kids have become my main focus.

My Husband Richard and I met at work started dating and the rest is history :). We have been together for 6 years and I'm pretty sure he has found his niche with this business. He is so creative and loves to try new things to present to our clients. He is the brains and brawn of this operation and I am merely customer service :D. He works hard supporting us while holding a full time job to cover the bills and doing his leather work on his down time.

This business has been a godsend since this whole pandemic started. It has allowed me the freedom to stay home with my kids. We hope to continue to give you all the best experience with our company and please if you have suggestions we are open to them! Email/Call/Text with questions or suggestions, you all and your furry family members are our priority and are super excited to do this next chapter of our lives with you.
